It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full. Charges for services to be provided by Switch To Future Group are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. Switch To Future Group reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the 30 days.Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all website design services require an advance payment of a minimum of thirty three (33) percent of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Client for review. A second charge of thirty three (33) percent is required after the development stage, with the remaining thirty three (33) percent of the project quotation total due upon completion of the work, prior to upload to the server or release of materials.Payment for services is due by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Switch To Future Group and sent to Switch To Future Group, Kestopur , kolkata- 700101. Bank details will be made available on invoices.
All Learning Academy materials, whether on the Learning Academy website or at a Learning Academy training day, are owned by the STFG. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from the Learning Academy, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by the STFG. No Learning Academy content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without the STFG’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the STFG’s intellectual property rights.
Fees must be paid at the point of booking via secure online payment process OR Cash On Hand. If you have an applicable discount this must be at the time of booking, as the discount cannot be applied retrospectively. I. We cannot invoice for fees, or accept payment, by instalments. II. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A receipt will be sent to you by email from STFG confirming payment. III. Sales & Services taxes (GST etc.) are charged at the applicable rate depending on the product and/or client.
If you notify the STFG in writing (by email or post) that you wish to cancel a face-to-face training course not less than 15 days before the start date of a course, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Refunds will be processed with 10 days of receiving your request via bank transfer to the original payer.
Once you have booked an learning course or package the fee is non-refundable and the booking non-transferrable. If you cancel any learning course or package you will not be entitled to any refund, nor will you be able to transfer your place either to another person or onto another e-learning course.
The STFG shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems fit and the STFG shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in the STFG’s sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.
